HK milk tea is very good and like what you'd get in Hong Kong. The mango pomelo sago drink wasn't as good unfortunately. Service is friendly and the design inside the store is HK themed

Been here twice, and ordered the same thing both times. I've ordered the Hong Kong lemon tea, and it's been consistently good. If you've never had this kind of tea before, it's just some sort of black tea, with lemon slices, and some sort of simple syrup. I've also tried the bubble waffle...another staple in the HK street food market scene. Both times it's been good! The people working there bust their butts behind the counters. It's fast and efficient for the drinks. The bubble waffle takes a bit of time to make, but worth waiting for. There are plenty of seats inside, and the walls are decorated nicely with scenes of the streets in Hong Kong.

Their silk stocking milk tea is great and one of the best milk tea I've had around Bellevue! It has very strong tea flavor, sweet boba, and is not too milky. It's also surprisingly cheap at $5.35 for a medium, especially compared to some boba shops around the area. The mango pomelo sago was only okay, it wasn't exceptional but wasn't bad either. The coconut milk version in particular was bland in my opinion; the coconut milk was unsweetened and overpowered the mango. Be aware that store is tiny and is not a cafe - it is only takeout.

Currently 20% sale, so the fact that my drink was less than $6 definitely influences my opinion. Got a mango pomelo sago and mango coconut sago, I definitely preferred the no-coconut one because it was sweeter. The sago was more tasteless than I'm used to, but the drink was pretty good overall. It wasn't much of a wait to get the drink, but also, it was 4pm on a Friday, so maybe that makes sense.

We ate dinner at a place nearby and decided to stop at Mai Chi Lin for dessert. It was conveniently located in the same parking lot and we checked the reviews before going in, so it seemed like a safe bet we could get something delicious for post-dumpling dessert. I ordered a milk tea with boba and my friends got iced tea or milk tea with various toppings. Everyone was happy with their drinks. It was pretty milky. I would probably try something different next time. The boba was perfectly squishy. The interior is kind of cool because the decor is interesting. They have some tables to sit at to enjoy your drinks after ordering at the counter. Service was average, nothing to write home about. I'd come back here for drinks and possibly other kinds of desserts they offer. They have some unique tea flavors.

One of the few spots offering Hong Kong style milk tea in the area! I ordered the bubble waffle combo, which came with silk stocking milk tea and the red bean pudding. All of the food was good and comforting while the milk tea had a nice smooth tea flavor.
